Returns & Exchanges
Returns: All items, except those on clearance sale, are eligible for returns up to 21 days after purchase for a full refund. After 21 days, and before 30 days after purchase, returns are eligible for store credit. Store credits do not expire. After 30 days post-purchase, all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in their original packaging, and include any accessories or tags (un-removed) that were included upon receipt of the item. We do not cover the expense of returned items, except for Founders Club members.
If there is an issue with your order (IE received incorrect size or color, or item was damaged in shipment) please reach out within seven days and we will cover the cost of shipping to exchange the item. After seven days, damaged or incorrect items revert to our standard returns policy.
Exchanges: All items, except those on clearance sale, are eligible for exchange up to 21 days after purchase. We will provide a pre-paid label for exchange shipping.
Return and Exchange Instructions: To request a return, or to request an exchange and receive a pre-paid label, send an email to email@example.com with a copy of your order information and tracking number (returns only).
